Sticker Mountain prints a wide range of high-quality, custom sticker products, including labels and decals, for business, clubs, and events.
The Challenge
As a brand new company, Sticker Mountain wanted to create an advanced ecommerce platform that would allow customers to create their own custom stickers. But the web development company they initially hired didn’t fully understand the concept, started building on an inadequate platform, and didn’t finish the project.
After losing a year and a significant amount of money, Sticker Mountain was back to square one. They needed a web developer they could rely on to do the job right. That’s when they found Neon Rain.
The Solution
Neon Rain started with an in-depth discovery process that built Sticker Mountain’s trust and gained their confidence. This included a lot of listening, talking through options, looking at pricing spreadsheets, and even ordering stickers from a competitor to better understand the process.
From there, Neon Rain was able to create a simple and intuitive tool that customers can use to build custom stickers. It walks them through the steps of choosing their lamination, shape, size, and quantity, and then uploading their own artwork for printing.
Neon Rain also built a streamlined customer portal to make reordering completely frictionless and encourage repeat purchase. The portal saves previous orders, so that the customer can simply reorder or make modifications based on their previous designs and configurations.
